At dawn on this day, our photographer visited the location listed opposite and took these amazing photographs of the new day dawning.
All our pictures are handmade to order and checked thoroughly for any imperfections. We use FSC accredited wood, and beautiful sleek metal mouldings to make up our framed range. You can choose anything from A4 size up to 60x80cm framed or unframed, mounted or unmounted using the options above.
All sizes are shown in cms and reference the external glass / mount size (which is an industry standard). Therefore the actual external picture size will be a few cms bigger once the frame is taken into account.
Free 5-7 day delivery is available to all UK customers. You’ll usually get your lovely picture a little sooner than this.
All orders are posted using a variety of courier firms normally on a 24 hr service so you should receive your lovely picture the following working day after despatch. You'll be notified via text message that the order is on it's way to you.

We want to make sure we’re protecting and creating a more sustainable forest than we’re using.
We’ve therefore ensured that all wooden mouldings are sourced from suppliers who hold the PEFC™ and FSC chain of custody certifications.
Our packaging system revolves around a pocket of card and air meaning there is now only a fraction of the single use packaging needed.
The mounts used are a stylish ever-so-slightly off white colour. Each mount is cut from a high quality board that meets strict conservation standards set by the Fine Art Trade Guild. Once cut, our white core mounts stay white. The bevels will not discolour over time.
Mounts add a powerful aesthetic component to your pictures by giving artwork breathing space, helping to draw the viewer’s eyes to the detail within the picture.
If you opt for a framed print then the glazing we use is Clarity+ acrylic glazing. This doesn’t scratch or break easily, and in our opinion outperforms glass on every level. Now you can enjoy your stunning sunrise prints and experience an astounding level of clarity not available before.
The pictures appear razor sharp and colour more vibrant than ever. The Clarity+ glazing has a high UV resistance and doesn’t yellow over time, so there’s less to distract you from your picture. What’s more this has also vastly helped cut down our single use plastics used in packaging up traditional glass fronted pictures.
Gone are the days of wrapping endless amounts of single use plastic bubble wrap around your pictures! Because glass has now been phased out we now use a very clever packaging system that’s been designed to protect the pictures perfectly during its journey from us to you using minimal plastic waste.
We now use a cushion of ‘card and air’ within a smart box designed around your picture. Frames are now suspended in this smart box that incorporates a car style crumple-zone designed to absorb shocks during transit for when those dainty delivery partners become not so dainty with your lovely gifts.
Your box may look simple but it’s one of the cleverest systems around and at the same time we’re saving the planet.

Talented real photographers capturing the beauty of a new day dawning – every day of the year. The photographs are then scrutinised for any dust spots (or photobombing seagulls / skinny-dippers) before the shortlist is made available for sale.
Your order is then handmade and personalised just for you. Premium mouldings made from FSC certified wood and designer aluminium result in durable handmade frames with unmatched surface finishes.

All dimensions stated are the internal frame size, which is the same as the glass size, which is also the same as the external mount size.
Therefore as an example a 40x50cm framed product will have a fractionally larger outer measurement; more like 44x54cm when hung on the wall. Since every picture is handmade this will vary slightly should you order a thicker wood frame or thinner metal one.
If you order a mounted product then the aperture (photograph area) will be approximately 30x40cm (using the 40x50cm example above) – to allow balance and space for the surrounding mount.
All dimensions follow industry standard frame sizing, meaning it’s easy to source your own frame if you’d prefer something we don’t currently offer.

What a difference 24 hours makes, little to no wind, with a clear sky and a small amount of cloud on the horizon. I started the shoot in the blue hour capturing the water movement under a blue sky with a golden glow on the horizon. As sunrise approached the glow on the horizon began to build, I positioned the camera low to get the reflected glow on the sand. As the sun crested the hills on the horizon, and everything was bathed on a golden light, I timed the shots with the incoming. After 5 minutes or so clouds began to move in from the southwest blocking the sun, and I began to head back down the beach, just before I reached the end the golden light returned and my final shot was the town lit by the morning light. A lovely peaceful Sunday morning after storm Babet.
